"The N.J. Family Leave Act forbids employees on leave from performing services full-time for any employer for whom the employee did not provide those services before beginning FLA leave. An employee on FLA leave may work part-time, but not for more than half as many hours weekly as the employee regularly works for the leave-granting employer. Employers may not forbid such part-time work."

So if you want to work for your current employer, you can, but for not more than half as many hours as you worked before. I had an employee who did this while on NJ Family Leave. You can't work at all for any other employer either full-time or part-time. It's pretty straightforward. You can wrestle with the cash options on your own.

My heart goes out to Mr. Seabrooks and his family, and I understand where these advocates are coming from, but I'd love to hear a more concrete suggestion than "de-escalation" and "connecting people with the support they need." Those are empty platitudes, not solutions for handling violent episodes.

Sending social workers into a situation where a man armed with a knife is threatening to harm himself and others is not viable. The police are always going to be involved in incidents like this. So what, specifically, should they do differently to prevent tragedies like this from happening in the future?

You couldn't avoid Bruce if you were out and about in the 80s. I'd either see him at a bar or he's hop up and play a song or two with the band. Headliner, Xanadu, Stone Pony.

I was a 18 and worked at 7-11 in Belmar, this musician used to come in on the weekends and brag how Bruce had a crush on his sister, I was like ok dude, whatever you say. That guy was Patty Scialfa's brother.

Fast forward to 2006, I belonged to the Atlantic club, lots of times I'd be lifting weights right next to Bruce. There was a hot redhead, the young mothers all loved him, but this one was all over him. I saw trouble, there was trouble, Bruce likes redheads!

Broad street diner is on... Broad street, not too far from the arena and family friendly. Used to eat there a lot. There's also Angie's in bordentown but that's a bit south of the arena. I think pats diner has alcohol but the diner is low quality and icky. Killarney's in Hamilton is a bar that I often went to with my kids, and is my biggest suggestion. Their food is great.

Basically don't look in Trenton, try Ewing and Hamilton instead.
