Jesus. I had to go look; I didn't realize it was that bad...I only heard about dementia, not that he was suffering from aphasia and couldn't communicate anymore.

I'm not a doctor and I haven't seen how he is so I can't elaborate as I have no foundation. I'm guessing he has good days and bad days.

This was my thought, too. I get all kinds of tracks in my yard, and the snow and mud always makes them look much bigger.

Reply to FLI & Part time work? by username_nonexistent
https://nj.gov/labor/myleavebenefits/help/faq/fli.shtml
NJ FLI link above. Note that FLI and FMLA/NJFLA are different programs but often run concurrently. FLI is wage replacement, the others provide for protected leave for qualified employees. I'm not an expert but I did use FLI for bonding time in 2020 when the program was a 6 week max with a weekly benefit max of $881. It's now 12 weeks and 85% of salary up to $1025/wk for 2023 (must make $1206/wk+ to maximize).
All that being said, I don't think there's any advantage to working part-time while on FLI unless you job isn't protected, and it's some sort of deal with your employer to keep your job. The state FAQ doesn't address it.

Yup you nailed it OP. North jersey is basically all hills so the roads have to weave around them, especially in the northwest part of the state. South jersey is flat as a pan so they could just build the roads straight

Yes and no, I'm from Cumberland and live in Camden county now. Yes, some parts are very straight, but especially going to the shore, through the forests, etc it can get curvey/have some interesting roads. Not as much as the northwestern part of the state, but it honestly just depends.

It even has the lead singer of A-ha for no other reason than that they made a reference to him earlier in the sketch.

Many routes followed rivers, since rivers naturally followed a flatter path. Look at Route 23, Hamburg Tpk, the NYS&W Railroad, in the West Milford and Butler area...they all follow the Pequannock River.

Bedminster's farmers market is pretty great.

Montclair but that’s just because it’s the one closest to me and basically the only one I go to. Lots of great vendors, though as someone else mentioned, probably the same ones in lots of other farmers markets. My favorites are pickle licious, hummus boss, shore catch (great fresh fish), and vacchiano farm for their large selection of meats.
