There all in the landfills we threw them all in the garbage millions of bags per store. It will catch up to the environment in a few years when theres all this plastic that wont breakdown in the landfills. But yay lets cut down trees to prevent the small amount of plastic bags from getting in the water. Solve one problem by making a much bigger problem gota love the American way.

What field are you planning to work in once you graduate? Similarly to joining meetups focused on your hobbies, you can meet and network with like-minded people by going to meetups related to your field. I don't think it's a huge deal that you're still in school--you might connect with a great mentor and/or make inroads in your industry.

As a reader, check out local book clubs! Just about every library has them. Also, look into adult school classes. A lot of communities have community education courses for adults (for example, Chatham Adult School and SOMA Adult School) and you can meet people with similar interests by taking fun classes with them.

It's tough, I know. And it might take some time and a lot of effort to meet people who really click with you. So I say give all of those things a shot, and maybe even involve your partner in trying to be more social and meet people! Even if you go out as a couple, you might meet other couples in your demographic (and outside it...one thing about adult friendships is, age doesn't matter as much anymore. You might really hit it off with somebody who's 10 years older than you) and make "couple friends" that way, which can turn into something lovely on its own and lead to 1-1 friendships.

I’ll throw in my anecdote: in the summertime, I paddleboard a 3 mile trek (6 back & forth) in the Barnegat Bay from Bay Head to Mantoloking. I pick up trash along the way. I used to fish out about 4 bags daily. Now, I pick up one every other day, but it’s now only an ice or bait bag. Rarely am I finding the plastic shopping bags. I still pick up Mylar balloons and daily floating cans of White Claws.

Most widening doesn't help with traffic. But widening were there is a bottleneck because a highway goes from four lanes to three or three to two does make sense sometimes. I'm all for the widening of route 17 between route 4 and where the lights begin because that will get rid of the bottle neck. I'm against the widening of the turnpike extension towards the holland tunnel because the bottle neck is really cause by the tunnel, not the drop off of lanes. (Leavening the tunnel it might make sense).

I just took Amtrak to DC over Presidents’ Day weekend and I left my car at the Metropark station because Amtrak stops there, and there is plenty of parking. The train was 15 minutes late but maybe that was because the holiday weekend.

Leave your trash on the ground 2 feet from the bin, yell loudly into your cell phone while walking outside people's homes, and just generally be obnoxious. The possibilites are truely endless.

Blue Morel at the Governor Morris hotel is a short drive away and has the best burger around here I think. Char crust on the outside but perfectly medium rare in the middle. There’s an option to get Foie Gras on it if you want to go super decadent. The GK burger at Rods is also solid.

There is a second part:

The images circulated by authorities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania included an apparent driver’s license photo that showed Dare’s neck tattoo reading “Blood Honor.”

“Blood and honor” was a slogan of the Hitler youth. According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, a variation is also associated with an array of skinhead gangs.

Users on Twitter and reddit began combing through Dare’s then-public Facebook page, flagging other photos showing iron cross tattoos on his wrists and the head of a pitbull, which is an image connected to a Pennsylvania skinhead group according to the anti-Defamation League.

During the search, authorities noted in their description Dare’s “visible tattoos on his neck, arms, and hands.”
