Seconded. Had LA fitness and it was totally worth paying a higher membership fee. Higher quality machines, a pool, and access to PT services at every location. Sadly due to COVID and a permanent change to my routine it made no sense to keep the membership.

I live in Bellmawr, got a decent home a few years ago for $200k. Nice quiet neighborhood. I’d call myself the opposite of a conservative but have had no issues per say in the town. I like the close proximity to 295,l and Philly, as I fly out of PHL often for work. While the school district isn’t top tier, we will start my son in elementary school and look to move in a few years. Just my take, good luck!!

Record low housing inventory and the economy is great? Record breaking low unemployment. A few head line layoffs with mostly over seas headcount isn’t going to do much. A quick Zillow search shows many many houses in cnj well under 450k for sale. Might just need to adjust your expectations. I’m not saying it’s easy or fun to house hunt right now! You need to talk to a realtor and get real and then with some patience you can make it happen.

That’s seriously great. Now I just have to solve the mountain of reusable bags I have. We do shop from home for some grocery trips, and they always come with new reusable bags because they have to put them in something to bring them out to your car… so now I just have a lot of reusable bags to throw away. Seems to defeat the purpose. I’d happily give 95% of them to anyone who could legitimately use them.

Do an estate sale. Advertise on estatesales.net

I recommend using someone to run the sale, there are people who know how to price things competitively and move products out. Also they know how to spot “bad actors” and will ban them or keep them out.

Waste no time, this is a good time of year to run an estate sale. Many people spend their weekends going from one to the next.

Good luck!

Are you looking for a consignment shop (where they pay you a portion of what they sell the item for), or a thrift store where you donate it to them to sell and have no further contact ? Knowing which term you're looking for will help your search
