It's Jersey Shore, more than North Jersey, but Jameson's in Neptune does excellent friend chicken. It's southern/soul food.

No, no campsites are going to let you do that. Even private campgrounds have quiet hours.
Just do what we did in the old days.....wander into the pine barrens far enough where nobody gives a shit. Also, clean up after yourselves.

I'm in JC too and I straight up tell them they're creepy af to knock on doors, hear a woman's voice and still insist she open a door to a stranger. They keep pushing until I say I feel unsafe enough to call the cops.

Yes, but say OP wants to get their SO a sizzli too. $8 vs $5.
Edit: When my ex and I were together, I would always get us both Sizzlis when they used to be 2 for 3, I don't think it's far fetched enough to downvote the idea, people.

That’s literally two meals for the cost of one my dude. Makes sense that is a more justifiable expense.

you might want to look around new brunswick, there are some datacenters around the area (equinix) and its a city with quick train ride to philly and nyc. it is also known for its punk/music - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Brunswick,_New_Jersey#Music

Maybe, but worth noting South River is actually more like 40-45 minutes from plainfield, not 20.

If I still lived in Jersey, it would definitely be Rutt's Hutt in Clifton! The only place I know where you can get crispy deep fried hot dogs.

The yearly ACS population estimates aren’t accurate — especially for urban regions in the Northeast and Midwest — and the Census site literally says the numbers should not be used as a hard measure of total population.
As others noted, these estimates showed New Jersey losing population every year between 2010 and 2019, and then the 2020 Census proved those wrong since we actually grew in population so much that we almost gained a new congressional district.

I couldn't agree more, it's why I made this post. The idea of voting for a life long banker in the most expensive state in the country is like asking a shark to save you from drowning.
