Lol yeah I'm hoping they finally get the hint after this one. Like man, I'm saving you time and trouble shutting that door quickly before you give me your BS elevator speech and I still tell you GTFO.

I moved from NJ to FL in 2011. I took a promotion out of the country to get the fuck out of there. Florida is truly the Swampass State. The only way I'll go back is as a corpse.

I’m surprised no one has said Tony’s Hotdogs in Branch Brook Park. I used to go there with my dad all the time. Even tho they’ve changed ownership, I don’t think the quality has really dipped

I wish there was as good public transit within NJ as there is to get people back and forth between NYC. It would go a long way with getting cars off the roads.

Why would PSE&G need to check a bathroom of all places? Maybe the guy just needed to go and was afraid to say so LOL.

PSE&G still does door to door readings in my neighborhood. My electric and gas meters are both outside so they just walk around and take the readings. They would never have a need to knock on the door or come inside.

Well, the news stories accurately reflected that a number of older, wealthy, white, conservative voters moved from densely populated blue states with high taxes to more conservative places with lower taxes and much less diversity. At least in their neighborhood.

Not a “traditional ” hot dog since it is in a sandwich but Dickie Dees in Newark for their Italian hot dogs always has a spot in my stomach.

People don't realize what they miss when it's gone. Go ahead and move to FL where taxes are low, but insurance is high, and healthcare is subpar

I would recommend Harrison. Not familiar with that area specifically, but I knew people who lived there. It has a Path station, so its very well connected to Jersey City, Hoboken & NYC.

Gusto Grill on 18 isn't a terrible date spot. Not much else to do in EB other than bars and restaurants though. New Brunswick has better options like Destination Dogs and Batch Bin Barrel.

There’s a company(s) that goes around door to door and tries to switch the energy supplier from PSEG to some random supplier in Kansas. PSEG still bills and provides the energy, but it just costs more because of the shitty supplier. They say they’re from PSEG though, which is a lie.
Asking to check out your bathroom sounds like they’re trying to case the place though.

All around Cherry Hill (in Camden County), there are tons of tiny boroughs and some have areas that are nice and affordable enough to look into. My suggestion would be to set your searches in any of those and use your parameters on the site you're using to keep the high end shit out (so no Haddonfield or Collingwood, and probably no Merchantville since all the houses have been converted into Duplexes etc). As another commenter there are heavy Trumper areas, but not bad enough to not make a home there.

Lol, I had half a dozen people from MPower come to my door over the past couple years. I kept telling them politely but firmly "no" and finally just shut the door on the last person mid-sentence. Never came back after that.

Rutt’s is obviously the choice, but more local to me is Captain Paul’s in Lawrenceville. Super great folks who do a lot for their community.
