The President and Vice President are basically on duty all the time. Their house, the plane they use, anytime they travel, they bring their portable office with them. When they leave office, it is normal to have a few classified documents by mistake. And when they are found, they are promptly turned in.

What is different about this case and the Trump case is that both of them appeared to have gathered very highly classified documents, and tried to hide them. The Lt Colonel obviously shouldn't have had any top secret documents at all. Trump lied several times and tried to hide his top secret documents. Even today, there is a report that after the FBI searched his office, classified documents were moved back there in an attempt to hide them.

How do they even verify this stuff.

Since most places (I think) won’t sell lottery tickets via CC/debit card, they can’t verify a transaction that way.

And I assume most places have a security camera these days, but the quality is likely garbage a ton of the time, and I’d be surprised if they keep video footage for more than a few days before recording over it.

I guess in the last few years camera and cloud storage have problem improved that, but liquor stores/gas stations aren’t exactly known for keeping up with technological advancement.

This makes me wonder what the process is of during verification they see that the person who purchased the winning ticket and the person who has the winning ticket after the drawing are not the same.

I mean, I’m all for freedom of speech - bully for these idiots - but I do wonder just how many of these screamers are the product of the tens of millions of rapes the Soviets committed in Germany? And how many remember that Stalin enthusiastically backed Nazi Germany when they were both exterminating Poles? Insane that any German could ever again side with Russia on anything…

>The source is tabloid yellow journalism - no '1,000 families' EVER materialized. The number was a complete lie, you can't google it

How many was it then?

It was in left and right wing papers.

>And the Tavistock clinic was set to be replaced with multiple new gender clinics to handle higher capacity.

It feels like you are trying to rewrite history about why it closed. It was closed due to reviews about it's failing. It wasn't just closed to make room for more centres.

The type of treatement and aproach needed to be completely changed.

>Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust has been told to shut the clinic by spring after it was criticised in an independent review.

>Instead, new regional centres will be set up to "ensure the holistic needs" of patients are fully met, the NHS said.

Pick whatever left wing paper you want and read their articles on Tavistock.

Well hopefully if it's fully frozen and you aren't opening the freezer some of it may still be fine. Things like meat with high thermal capacitance can stay cold fairly long on their own if the freezer is appropriately insulated. Best of luck.

I don't know if this holds for all states, but my state--Pennsylvania--allows lottery winners to claim the prize via trusts. In these cases lawyers representing the client claim the prize in the name of the trust, which is given a meaningless name like "Smithville Lottery Winners Trust".
