I think the the tickets literally have a disclaimer that the one that possesses the ticket is the owner, and to sign them right away.

It should. Norfolk Southern is a gigantic company on its own. And that’s not including every other train line that is currently operating under the same rules whether they admit to it or not.

This is neither here nor there, but I’m curious what an “elected executive whose role is akin to that of a mayor” actually means

That has nothing to do with the sale of lottery ticket sales in the US. So, if you're buying a bottle of water, some chips, and ask for a lottery ticket- you'll be paying for the food with card and have to scrounge cash out of your wallet for the lottery ticket.
> In 2021 in the US, debit cards accounted for 28% of all payments, credit cards accounted for 23%, and cash accounted for 19% of all payments.
> According to a 2020 survey by Payments Canada, cash accounted for 20% of all payments in Canada, while debit cards accounted for 30% and credit cards accounted for 22%.

No, we don't. The Sylmar CA quake of 6.5 is the my point of reference.

3.7 would feel like a heavy truck passing by.

I don't think I'd even notice a 3.7, having grown up in southern California. I remember being in the 6.5 quake.

I didn't mean it in a negative way. I just wish there were more Free Thinkers. I am worried about my male members of my family. I have Grandsons and a lot of nephews, that I love dearly. I'm worried about thier future relationships. And how they will treat their GF and or wife's.

There is no fallout. This happened three weeks ago. Everything has either burned off or broken down.

Living in California, unless it's more than a 6.0 it doesn't really bother me.

Hey fellow Californians, can we not embarrass ourselves? A natural disaster is scary at any magnitude if its not expected or rare (and worse-not built for) in the area. We freak out and crash into each other at any sign of weather here.

What worries me too is what is in the air after they burned the chemicals (especially since wind currents go north). I’m in Upstate NY and am wanting to know if anything was effected — since so many things are being covered up by the company online.
