That should be easy. Identify all stockholders, the board and executive officers. Divide the amount of waste by that number, deliver the wasted to each of the above's homes.

Move them to the overnight meat packing plant (as workers, not filler!)?

I find it hilarious that Texas is complaining about this. I understand why they are, but it is very funny none the less.

Hm.. what are the odds they ship the contaminated stuff in another train, and it derails again?

They had to wait as Panda hunting season is short and only every two years.

How sad. If he would have just let the auto pilot take over they would have pulled out of it.

Especially when all Hazardous Waste shipments are tracked by the USEPA via their eManifest system. And all of the facilities are permitted on a federal, state, and local level. Pure noise and disinformation.

Unpopular opinion, but that seems pretty unethical to me, regardless of how unethical this guy was. Hurting the guy's ability to support himself or a family for his whole life... Sure he's a piece of shit now, but people change.

From 1990 to 2021 there were an average of 1,705 train derailments per year, according to data from the U.S. Bureau of Transportation Statistics and Federal Railroad Administration. Which is like 4 to 5 a day.
That counts as "happens all the time" in my book.

Not at all!
"Chang wrote that Hyundai was "in the process of divesting its ownership interest in SMART" but it would ensure "that the economically important jobs in the Luverne, Alabama community are preserved.""
Hundai is selling off their controlling share, but they are going to keep buying from the company like they always have. Basically they are just going "so when this happens again in 6 months, you can not blame us, we aren't in control"
You see the same thing over and over again in industries, the clothing sector is famous for this. They contract out to make the garments, get busted that that contractor was using child labor and then switch to another company, which surprise surprise, also child labor.

Dump that car as soon as possible.
I had a 2013 that threw a rod at 50k miles on a busy highway and I got off easy compared to most people who had full engine fires.

Yep we are going car shopping soon. This thing is trash. It’s been in the shop 6 times since summer for unrelated things. Never buying a Hyundai again.
