Why wouldn't it? Guns are a problem in this country whether it's gangbangers shooting each other or cops shooting unarmed victims or another right wing asshole shooting up a club. The problem doesn't change based on who's pulling the trigger, like you seem to insinuating.

I'm pretty sure that's why the "confidence level" system was introduced.

It's worth repeating (again and again) that this DoE report was categorized as "low confidence", which should mean only slightly more than absolutely nothing at all.

You’re right, everyone who I know who is issued one, me included, has their own personal phone. Particularly due to how tight the rules are, for obvious reasons.
