There have been about 5,000 acres burned so far in Cuba. For comparison, the largest fires in California in 2020 and in 2021 were each about a million acres, with several other quarter to half million acre fires in California over the last five years.

This is a huge issue, don’t get me wrong. And it’s absolutely yet another sign that climate change is going to fuck us all over. But I’m not sure that “massive” is the most correct adjective to go with for the headline here.

That’s not how it works in Islam. It’s a lot more complicated. There are so many that would never have heard the message of Islam. Most who heard but never truly heard enough. Those people will be tested on the day of judgment and those who pass will enter heaven. That’s what I’ve heard so correct me if I’m wrong.

Maybe not exactly that , maybe nothing to do with the Bible at all, but I’m telling you , better watch it, the world is a strange place and we don’t even know much about the reality we’re in or can’t even explain how quantum entanglement works, double slit experiments, premonitions, etc so it may very well be some learning thing is the only reason you’re in that physical body in this physical world and I really high right now I’m going to go on and babble about blackholes or something now
