I was a student at Forsyth Tech when Obama visited. Winston-Salem was not destitute. Community colleges just provide an alternative to universities for students to learn a trade without taking on student debt. I think that was his overall message.

This is statewide, not just in the capital region. Calls all came around the same time across New York, so it was a coordinated effort as seen recently in other states. This is a massive waste of time and resources, and an effective form of cyber-terrorism that is growing in popularity lately. I would not be surprised if there is a larger foreign involvement at play, considering how widespread these false reports have been.
