I don't want to be the one to tell you this but I think Tim might be dead. The best thing you can do now is make yourself safe, that needs to be your priority. Don't go back to the house. Get as far away as you can and stay in highly populated places, if there is something following you and staying hidden staying somewhere with lots of people should keep you safe.
