I've been working on my PC too much. I was trying to think about why platinum was good for hard drives and that 1 TB isn't all that impressive storage anymore.

I'm still mad about Santa Clarita. That show was so good and the chemistry between all the characters (not just Drew and Timothy, but the whole cast) was super enjoyable.

MST3K?
Fans funded the whole 13th season on their own after funding a lot of 11 so that Netflix could pick it up, throttle the 12th season, then drop it

Youâd almost expect them to leak all of this to the DCS devs. Because youâknow. They might implement it?

Kroger is already a parent company for a significant number of other stores so I really hope they don't allow it.

Yeah. Ticketmaster sucks, no doubt about it, but it's separate from the fact remains that an artist can only perform so many shows per year, and that means there are only so many tickets.
So, yes, break up their shitty monopoly. It'll help venues, it'll help less famous artists, it'll probably help regular fans of less famous artists.
But it won't make Taylor Swift tickets easier to get or cheaper.

Shows are only successful if everyone binges them in the first week. Having a backlog of shows that last all the way to the end of the story seems to not be important to them.

People really are upset a capitalist enterprise is only interested in quick profits and not necessarily keeping fans happy.
It's not like people have been saying the profit motive is a nightmare for the arts since forever or anything...

In my language we have two words, one is âRemainsâ and the other is roughly translated to âSurplusâ but can translate it to âhuman cadaverâ too.
The government and news agencies arenât allowed to be use the word âCadaverâ anymore because that would mean that thereâs nothing of value anymore. Some people instead think that even if the soul has left the body, that said body still holds value.
In this case, I can kind of understand what they are trying to accomplish.
Your point about stolen artifacts is valid too, though there can also be valid reasons for not returning the artifacts. Like, for example the museological standards are way lower in said nation, meaning that most artifacts wonât be there in 100 years anymore.
Most reasons are bullshit, of course, not going to lie
