If You run away from the cop, then I have some bad news for You.. You have to stop, otherwise the police will (have to) use some force.. If You lucky then it is not a deadly force aka. a very well trained police dog. That will only catch You and take to the ground, and until then cop gets there and take it off from You, You will have some time to philosophize about why that running was a bad idea.
