The city granted you a permit to build what you want on this land, but only for X years. You chose to build a house and now want to pretend that the permit wasn't temporary. Everyone will spend money on lawyers, but in the end, you had full knowledge of the situation when building the house.

For anyone who wants a weekly list I’ve really enjoyed Art Hap. It used to be just a weekly email but they recently also created this website: https://www.arthap.com/

“We find every art exhibition opening in NYC in house, unlike any other art event app or website. If you want to know exactly what’s happening at every gallery in the city, look no further than Art Hap.”

Yeah, man. I have a theory that this Nazi shit is popping up because all the WW2 vets are dead. I’m in my thirties and growing up in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island, I always had WW2 vets around who fucking hated nazis. My grandpa, who fought all over Europe used to grab my arm whenever I passed him and Fuck with me by saying, “This is how you break a Nazi arm,” and then go to snap it over his knee. I imagine there were WW2 vets in most neighborhoods across the country for 60 years who kinda kept a lid on this shit because they commanded respect, especially from white males.

I thought we all know better to adjust per rate. PoC are significantly more in poverty than white people. If just scraping by is lower middle class, then sure. And what race Dominates lower middle class?/More than likely, they can't afford to pay tolls and their bills more? Would it be Latino or white? You're really being obtuse here. Usually, this conversation would have attempted to shift blame back to the "system" that there's some form of malpractice at this point and not focus on statistics. But that's the reality of most of these studies, at least from what I've read, they're all "inconclusive," and most of our data comes from institutions and their actions, not the perpetrators. There's no form of document that details the specific small details of what a driver did that might of caught an officers attention. Undocumented infractions, like swerving the lane, speeding and etc, prior to arrest. All we have is a pattern that, for the most part, can be cited back to the reality of classicism and can infer that the disparity could be due to racism

YES - I'm a HUGE Broadway fan and tried to be extremely selective in which Broadway show I would call out. I also tried to have most of the events be free or at least affordable. (Though with lottery, rush, etc., it is certainly possible to see a Broadway show for much less than the default price on the ticketing site.)

In addition to Peter Pan Goes Wrong, there's also the currently-playing Off-Broadway Play That Goes Wrong.

And if I were to promote one more Broadway show for March, Dancin' begins previews on March 2. Personally I'm counting down the days to see that one!!
