yeah i mean that's the big challenge, but i assume if they're willing to take a substantial haircut on the $/sqft they can find a tenant, and having a tenant pay any portion of their fixed lease costs seems preferable to just eating the full cost of a 30 year 10 floor lease if they are legitimately never using the space

Happened to me once. Crackhead was passed out, naked in the hallway. They refused to move so a neighbor got their pit bull to bark at them until they got up and left. Really hated that apartment…

We ate at Jean-Georges this weekend. Food and service was great. You can ask for a booth for two. Central Park West.
Pick a neighborhood or cuisine and there is a lot to choose from
