An easy way to tell is that licensed dispensaries don’t sell tobacco products. If they also sell vapes and cigarettes, they’re not licensed for weed.

Google "Glass custom cut". I found a good number of places. Problem is they'll be expensive in Manhattan (unless it's Chinatown). There's a great place in Brooklyn that got me 2 pieces custom cut for $60 total: Bernie's Glass and Mirror.

More likely they were forced out by the church who wanted to sell the property.

Yet they wonder why so many illegitimate shops continue to pop up.

While my first inclination was to think it’s odd to expect silence in New York City of all places lol, it sounds like this is a neighborhood-wide issue and law enforcement is not taking noise complaints and illegal parking complaints seriously at all.

Don’t go chasing yachterfalls, just stick to the dinghies and the sloops that you’re used to.

Well I don't agree with her views asking someone to denounce someone they have publicly supported for a paycheck just seems like covering a hole in the wall with printer paper.

Also something ain't right. So, they said they found it after eating half of the food and then vomited their food after discovery. But it was take-out... They couldn't see the rat in the clear take-out container? They didn't see it as they transferred the food into their bowl? You mean to tell me that they didn't notice it in their bowl as they were eating it?

But what's the point? It adds stress to the commute in order to charge someone who lives in a different borough than they work in more? That's likely a regressive fee structure for the most part because the poorer you are, the less likely you can live near where you work (which saves valuable time every day). I don't think anyone is clamoring for changing the MTA fee structure to make it distance based.

It's not quite accurate. The population was over 2500 at the time, they've just marked large important estates and buildings.

I know a lot of people decided to buy houses there because it is a newly developing? area with semi-affording houses right now. But the commute just makes it not worth it.
Know some people who moved there in the past 2 years and now quit their jobs to find something more local because the commute was such a hassle with bus+ferry+train combined to ruin any morning.

I mean he was renting a very large house and inflation doesn't mean a 1:1 correspondence when real prices of goods got cheaper with mass production and there's other economic phenomena going on.
