Yes, it was that idiot De Blasio that wanted this. Of course, he traveled by car and didn't have to pay for it like everyone else would have. But then again, he and his wife can't come up with where the 850 million went. Still have no answer to that do we Bill. We, as NYers, complain about everything. We speak out, but when are we going to find things out, do they think that we are going to forget about it? Our political leaders think that we just like wasting money. This was a waste. PEOPLE ITS 850 MILLION OF OUR MONEY. I want to see where it went. Books, paperwork, etc.

You’re the one who said people died. I would love a specific example. I can’t find any.

The party of small government sure loves a hands-on controlling overreaching government.

The pizza here is not good, just fills you up. I'm not sure who's lying to you

Do you WANT to eat pizza that’s made from ingredients they can charge a dollar for and still have a functioning business model? It’s going to be mostly sawdust and lint.

I have seen this headline so many times over the last 2 days and I finally just realized it's about them increasing the price by fifty cents not that it had closed down.

I don't care as much about political strategy as I do about people's well-being and lives. I'd prefer they were goaded into staying home.

What are you talking about, of course it voted for congestion pricing. The 2019 plan that was approved by the state was proposed by Mayor Bill de Blasio, who was the duly elected mayor of New York City.

And the PBA has never ACTUALLY advocated for more cops as a way to fix the situation. Once again, this situation would easily be solvable if the police was actually willing to come to the table on the issue of accountability.

The goal is that one of them does NOT keep their violence in check. These fools will be goaded/led into doing something reckless, which is good because it will be met with a nation-wide heavy handed response at the federal level.
The sooner these types are silenced, or their views banned from participating in politics the better.

I’m on the job and don’t like overtime. Sometimes it’s nice and most of the time it sucks. The overtime money is nice, but I value my time off and rather spend my time with my wife, family, friends etc. then doing overtime. Nobody on this job likes to get voluntold to do overtime when we have families and life outside of work. I believe the majority of this overtime is from transit overtime they make us do.

The citizens of NYC voted for NYS reps and senators that voted for this. That's literally how representative democracy works.
