Buyers premium can't be paid if you don't have any money, so that's irrelevant.

The guy you're replying to is 100% correct that it's amazing anyone could have done this troll with apparently zero real consequences.

Just seems like either all Trump indictment posts should be removed for being unrelated to NYC (or perhaps all but one) because if we're going to allow half a dozen of these to be posted each day, then why can't we have a megathread to clean it up?

That’s a big if for the accuracy of the census numbers. Prior to 2020, I assume they used the same or similar methodology for estimating population flows. When the 2020 census was done, where someone actually is knocking on doors and every household is filling out paperwork they had clearly undercounted for years.

I once came home from a long night of drinking and decided it was a better idea to puke next to the escalator than on the escalator. Sorry to whomever had to clean that up, but I think we can all agree I made the right choice.
