I ordered a loveseat from Interior Define last November. It was a custom order (choose your fabric, leg style) and was set to take 6-8 weeks. My credit card was charged in November at the time of purchase. I learned a week ago that the company filed for bankruptcy, is under a new owner and my order will not be fulfilled. WTF! The company still exists under its new owner, but somehow my order fell in the limbo period where it can’t be fulfilled? I honestly don’t understand. I have screen shots of what they said. I asked my credit card to do a chargeback, and explained the situation. They said they’d try but no guarantee. I would love anyone else’s input or ideas. I paid about 1300 and I’m so upset that I might lose that.
