Hi all,

Looking for advice because I’m reaching my limits here. Around 1+ year ago we booked a family vacation through a travel agent and it looks like she used Apple Vacations.

On 1/14/23 our flight to return home from vacation was cancelled. It was Frontier so they pretty much said “sorry good luck” and that’s it. We booked new flights out of pocket, whatever we got home. Now we are fighting to get refunds from the cancelled flights.

On 1/14/23 a refund request was issued to Apple and Frontier for the cancelled flights. On 1/26/23 Frontier approved the $1,243 refund but it was sent to a credit card that isn’t mine.

Talking to Apple, they said we should receive the refund within 30 days from 1/14/23.

We are going on 6 weeks here and we want our money back, it’s unacceptable.

I gave the travel agent my CC# and she did all the booking, so I assume the card Frontier refunded was either hers or Apples?

The travel agent is being non responsive and Apple vacations help line won’t talk to me because it was booked by the agent.

What more can I do? Since it’s been so long since booking I can’t do a chargeback anymore. This is in Illinois if it makes a difference.
