I’ve never paid taxes

I’m 27 and I haven’t paid any taxes ever, and I’ve been working since 2015. Where do I start if I haven’t kept up with my W-2s and 1099s. Will I likely need a tax professional or can I manage some of this on my own (with a service like TurboTax)?

I plan on looking into buy a home late this year or next year.
