I see a lot of Kensington videos online, and it reminds me a lot of Skid Row in LA.
It makes me wonder, much like I wonder about Skid Row, how do these property owners/businesses in these places stay afloat?
Every Kensington video I see, mostly during the day, most of the shops are boarded up/have their security gates down.
So it surprises me that rent in Kensington for a room or apartment is not significantly less expensive than other areas of the city.
