I'm pro both projects, but you do have a point about the decline. The drops in population in NE has been significant and pretty fast. On one hand, this could maybe help the areas around the stations, or it could end up having declined significantly by the time it's done and end up with worse areas around it like what happens with much of the BSL and El

No ideia, the job only says 4k monthly and it's from AIESEC so they didn't share who is the contractor in the job description, unfortunately. I asked their members for more details, but I'm without answers at the moment.

Yet I thank you for your help. I'm not expecting a big place because I don't have children or wife. A small room with bed, window and a place for a PC is enough in general in terms of luxury.

Where could I search for rents before actually going to Philly? Craigslist?

It’s crazy how many workers they have on those projects, how much concrete is used (never mind if it’s an already new sidewalk and you could totally replace one 3’x3’ square and get the same result), and how often they STILL don’t meet the street grade seamlessly.

People complain about the lack of a jobs programs but this clearly is one - for white guys from Jersey.
