Yeah, let's enforce them with priority to the ones that cause death, then injury, then financial loss to average citizens, then noisy minimum wage workers that annoy this karen

There's plenty of laws that no one is enforcing.

I think more people, ideally, would use the KoP extension, but SEPTA's estimates have it low. Keep in mind people traveling 76 would both need to get to a station and then from their station of choice to wherever they need to go.
If KoP Station was right at the mall that would be amazing, but that isn't the case thanks to all the NIMBY's who opposed the project and forced SEPTA to change the route.

In fishtown, so my priority is to completely rip up frankford of all of its asphalt, completely rip out all of Girard's trolley tracks, trolley stops, and all of the road.
Why? I only have a day, so there is no way we can repave everything, but if I take out all of frankford, all the cutouts with shitty patches would get repaved.
Rip out Girard's trolley tracks and stops, and cross my fingers they'll get reinstalled in a way that the road can be aligned so that assholes aren't driving in and out of the trolley path at shit speeds when they go back and pave it and/or reinstall the tracks.

It's for engagement/information sharing purposes and common practice for public engagement type stuff.

SEPTA and the city desperately do not want to call anything they're doing BRT.
There's a bus on the boulevard that operates like BRT but they were INSANELY adamant about not calling it that.

I live in south philly and often take the airport line. It's not bad if you're close to the subway.

Trash cans that live out front of peoples properties all the time, and never get taken inside.
If it had to be ONE thing that is 100% doable and enforceable, that’s the thing for me.

It’s not a tabloid either, even if some tabloid-y stuff has appeared under its banner (and I would argue that most of what appears under its banner isn’t tabloid-y at all).
As you said, “This is not a newspaper.” A tabloid is also a newspaper, one whose page size is half that of a broadsheet. It was designed for reading on the bus or subway.
We are a magazine. Magazine journalism does differ from newspaper journalism.

I've taken the airport line after connecting from the El when timing works out just right, but that's not sustainable since the trip is 1 hour or more, when a drive is 15 min. It's bafflingly bad. In the past 4 trips, I've only used transit once due to lack of frequency, and I'm 5 min from an El stop.

the ones I'd want to see more of (not exactly sure what they're called) but it almost seems like road paint with grit worked into. They had some on Castor ave for a while doing road work (unsure why they were removed)

Public trash cans in front of convenience stores, corner stores and take out food places. I love our local corner store but there is so much trash that comes from there. Candy wrappers, lottery tickets, etc. A trash can out front would solve a good bit of the litter

Maybe I should have used “floor plan” or “configuration” in the correction.
Unlike the other two malls, which got de-malled as well as repurposed, Plymouth Meeting remains a two-level enclosed mall.

It’s the stroadiest. I’m very pro-rail project, but they are going to have to unwind like 75+ years of car-centric/car-only/car-first infrastructure in KOP to make it a place that I would want to take public transit to.

If this is Rozzie I think there's a safety issue where the duct tape holding the entire Orange Line together can't take the shearing forces if they slow down or speed up too fast.

I’ll aim small and just install a speed bump on my street. There’s a park down the block where children play, doesn’t stop people from speeding up the street.
