I think all of SEPTA’s capital money should go to cleaning up and upgrading the MFL and BSL and for Trolley Mod. All of these other projects have serious flaws.

level boarding, branding, improved shelters, transit signal priority, only high-ridership stops, etc.

again, there's a lot more that probably could be done (all-door boarding, prepay) but I think you can call it BRT-light without too much pain

Speed bumps on 5th from Girard to Montgomery. I've seen two cars flip on 5th between Master and Jefferson, two bad accidents where the traffic lights and multiple cars were totalled at 5th and Thompson, and many more smaller accidents between Girard and Master on 5th, just within the past few years. Human Robot's streetery also feels very dangerous with how the cars behave. As soon as people get past Girard and the speed bumps south of it on 5th they gun it.

Neshaminy mall down to broad st and onto the bsl express tracks. El would also be extended up bustleton to the boulevard for a transfer

I was on Frankford Ave getting some wine at 5pm on Monday and a piece of the roof next door came crumbling down on the sidewalk, it's a god damn miracle no one was hurt. Literally on Frankford Ave, one of the busiest pedestrian roads in the fishtown area, right after work let's out.

Yeah, the PATCO extension to the 40th st trolley portal isn't really worth it, but if it were extended all the way down woodland to Darby as an el, that would be good. I don't think anyone has seriously proposed the Darby el in 100 years, though.

Just FYI, I would not count on a court taking judicial notice that a car horn violates a noise limit that is relative to the noise levels in the surrounding area. That is a situation where evidence is probably required.
