Haters will hate, but you can't argue with the guy's ratings. I think that Crossing Broad hit the nail on the head.
Personally I was entertained by him many mornings. I do, however, blame him for Donovan McNabb not panning out as well as he could have. Cataldi and his bandwagon of buffoons booed McNabb on draft day because they wanted Andy Reid to draft Ricky Williams. I always thought that was rotten thing to do.

80 hours? No thank you. I barely survive mentally doing half that.

No, a luxury sports bar experience. Like an expensive Buffalo Wild Wings.
What do you think the over/under is that they’ll have Kobe beef cheesesteak egg rolls or duck wings instead of chicken wings?

Highland Orchards CSA - NOT the farmer's market. Their farmer's market (what you found), and the CSA are based out of two different locations. It's run by the same family.

To renew when you already have one, you literally just need the camera card. You don't even need your old ID lol.

Their website explains:
>Purchase a CSA gift card to support our farm when financial resources are limited. Your gift card purchase (Dec-May) makes funds available for us to plan, prune, plant, and prepare for the busy growing season (May-Nov).
>
>Unlike traditional CSAs, you choose when, which kinds, and how much fruit and vegetables you want to take home. Your CSA card can be used on fresh in season produce, or any other great items offered in our Farm Market and Bakery.
Maybe I'm missing something: you buy a gift card ... to spend ... only at Highland's farm market ... in West Chester?
How often/far are you travelling for that CSA?

Temple needs this as well, if not more. The residents are overworked in a much higher acuity and higher volume area of the city. Their pay is comparably better than Penn, but any ability to negotiate is a positive for the worker. With the successful nurses strike and the graduate student protest, it's the right momentum

Catskills is usually my go to. It’s great in all seasons. Really enjoy the relaxing mountain vibe up there, there’s great restaurants and breweries, it’s got beautiful scenery and the people are all super nice. Great change of pace to get away from the city.

40 hour work weeks will never work for residencies unless you are going to double the length of them which no one wants. You have an absolutely insane amount to learn.

It’s such a great getaway when it gets really hot and gross in the city too. Temperatures are always 10-20 degrees cooler up there and the lakes are a perfect gate away for a week. The wine is top notch, people are friendly, and it’s gorgeous scenery wise.

Hmmm...if only there were some model where people didn't make mountains of money off the sick and dying. Has any country thought of that? Probably not.
