Check out Hungry Harvest! I subscribed during covid to cut back on store trips and you get to select your options every box (out of whatever list they have). My mini veggie box is $18 every 2 weeks and it's more than enough for one person. They also have an awesome marketplace for add ons (the pasture eggs I always buy never increased in price with the egg shortage and are way cheaper than the store)

I remember that day very well, it was opening day of trout season and me my uncle and his friend were at a bar after a morning of fishing. We were playing pool and the Eagles drafted McNabb. He got booed and I remember being drunk off my ass and thinking it was fucked up but pretty crazy. Then we all went and passed out in the parking lot.

I believe the official cap is now 80 hrs/week averaged over a month. At least that’s what every program I’ve interviewed at has said this application cycle. But in reality you work till the job is done. Hell, even as a medical student I easily averaged over 80 hrs/week over some surgical rotations and even when we all went home the residents were going home to spend a few more hours finishing their notes and chart reviewing for the next day. You’re also heavily disincentivized to report going over duty hours because if your program is repeatedly reported for duty hour violations they’re placed on probation and may eventually be discredited, leaving you hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt with no guarantee of completing your residency at another program. If you compare hours to salary most residents, especially in the surgical specialties, make a good bit less than minimum wage.

I agree. I did a summer share and fall share last year. I loved being able to add on an apple share. The shares are generous in size and force me to eat veggies that I wouldn't normally buy at the store.
