I work at a beer store. When the pandy hit, there was an abundance of pliny at the wholesalers, so our boss bought a few and tapped them for the employees. That was the best part of the pandy imo

Not technically in the city, but Capone's in East Norriton has some kind of relationship with Russian River and gets both Plinys frequently, and RR does tap takeovers once in a while.

Went to a few years ago when I was looking to get my daughter one. I would recommend you having some knowledge of cars or bringing/paying someone who does. ( i.e mechanic)

New York City isn’t a “welcoming” city tho, we are

Do not buy a car at the auction.
Pay a mechanic a couple hundred dollars to go with you to look some used cars. And then purchase one.
Paying 1000 extra for a quality used car will save you a lot of money and headache down the road.
Also watch out for Nissans with the cvt transmissions Dodge darts and any German car with more than 100k miles

It means that busses could start showing up every day with literally thousands of people per month - that's what happened when New York openly invited cities in the south to send illegal migrants.
In a year's time we could very easily have the parkway looking like something out the third world with the city unable to either [a] house tens of thousands of encamped people [b] admit that the policy was a disaster because they'll be eviscerated by social media and canceled out of office by extremist supporters.
This city doesn't even have the funds to build a school with air conditioning, let alone help existing homeless residents. You think it has $100m lying around to build social housing to hand out to people it's inviting the south to bus in?
Ironically the migrants in NY have now been increasingly been leaving and heading north to Canada because even they have increasingly gotten fed up of the shantytowns, crime, drugs and public defecation

Certification for a newly minted term with arbitrary qualifications and vague benefits.
The "sanctuary city" thing turned into a clusterfuck, so change the name to something that really doesn't mean anything and bask in the glow of irrelevant altruism.

If you are in the city, rather than a suburb, you should just call 911. It is stupid, but in the city, 911 is also the non-emergency number that you are supposed to use for things like this.
To make myself feel better, I generally start with "this is not an emergency" and give it a second for them to tell me to hang up if they are slammed.

I wish them luck with that, Penn is famously anti union and has a strong and effective management structure at keeping them out or otherwise knee capping them.

What a dumb take.
Go get treatment in a 100 plus year old building that's falling apart and with poorly retrofitted updates that frequently break then.
New infrastructure for better healthcare outcomes is a good thing.
