I personally love post-cringe Jawn. It's so overused by now that it's become hipster ironic or something, and I think it's hilarious watching people get all bent out of shape about it. I think I'm gonna use it even more.

Couldn't they maintain the amount of parking with a parking garage or underground parking with grocery store and apartments on top? People aren't saying rip up your McMansion or put a 10 story unit on a suburban block but instead why not turn under-utilized space into apartments. Then people have the option to choose either.

What it’s supposed to mean in its unofficial designation is that the mayor of the city/town (who also oversees the police force and can set a tone — if said police force respects and follow the mayor’s orders) will not actively prioritize arresting (or harassing) and deporting undocumented immigrants for things that would be a slap on the wrist for folks who are documented or were born here. Like a broken car tail light or some such.
