If you want "parking for everyone" like you said we would need to replace all of center city with a parking lot, not sure you've thought through how big cars are.
Also not the cities job to give handouts to drivers that don't want to pay for their cars

i set off the lunk alarm once and they tried to castrate me. generally im a lone wolf, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a blocker when they try that shit. id obviously do the same for you. no one should be dismembered for achieving their fitness goals. and if they wanna touch my junk, they have to be lustful and passionate, not vengeful and vindictive (unless they're wearing leather).

One drove down Mifflin St a bunch of times last Friday. Not sure what it accomplished, but it passed a few times.

I've had it a few times and it seems like it's probably pretty good for what it is, I just don't really like that super thick Detroit style or whatever it is.
