That's a valid point but I'd argue that any library being staffed by a teacher who has another job to do is not an adequate library and shouldn't be counted the same as one staffed by a professional and/or full time librarian.

They are the most random and inconsistent business. It’ll be 80 and sunny and they’ll be closed. Then 40 degrees but open. Have to assume it all fluctuates on if they can get guys to work on any given day to collect balls

After we lost a few good bars and covid hit, home bartending became my Quarantine hobby. My suggestion? Purchase Martin Cate's Smuggler's Cove book, hit up some Jersey and Delaware locations to get better Rum selections, make your own syrups at home (Orgeat is time intensive but not difficult) and watch a few of How to Drink's videos Greg's a little chatty but knows his stuff.

But even sticking to the state stores, you can find both Rhum Barbancourt 8yr and Appleton Estate and 1oz of each makes a solid Mai Tai.

The Atlantic City Boardwalk (gasp) is a great example. They installed 360 degree HD cameras every 150 feet with long range capabilities on the entire length of the boardwalk. They’re monitored 24/7. Crime, particularly violent crime, on the boardwalk is way down.

Proof: the murder on the boardwalk at Ballys last week. Cameras tracked the perp frame by frame and the cops had him in custody less than ten minutes after pulling the trigger. We have the technology and the money, yet this city does nothing.
