That's not necessarily the case, in my experience, at least not anymore. If it's an area the PPA patrols (meaning there's metered or permit parking on the street), they will enforce sidewalk/crosswalk blocking as well. If it's unzoned parking, though, that's the PPD. But, even that may not be totally true anymore with the recent push the PPA has had to enforce some of these issues.

Sounds right. I just didn’t feel like digging up all the documents leadership sent us before they kicked off the overbuild.

It’s been fascinating to see how fast this is going. My department was one of the first to move into the building when it opened back in 2018 and I don’t think any of us expected them to expand this soon

Sorry you lost out on the bid 😢 can’t imagine how much it must suck to put all that work in for naught

This happened to me exactly the same. First attempt was one of the most painful experiences of my life. It popped out and I refused to let them try again. I nearly fainted from pain and threw up. Came back a week later and they did a cervical block. Yes it was a little pinch and burn but nothing like the first attempt. Would never do that again without a block.
