because there too many people trying to scare everyone about how dangerous drones are. I remember there was some protest and I think this was before FAA started putting rules in place, someone put a drone up to watch what everyone was doing. People started freaking out and cops followed the drone back and arrested the drone operator. Over nothing.

Is that what they do? Is that why that particular corner is rife with addicts?

Reminded me about a BillyPenn tweet asking for people who encounter sidewalks regularly blocked by business vehicles to reach out to a reporter.

Cherelle Parker is ok and from my area but she turned me off a bit when she came out trying to argue for bringing stop n frisk back. her and Green and DeLeon I feel like probably might win out if they dont split the vote though, because i feel like the policy wonks and progressive types are going to split over Rhynhart or Gym.
Amen Brown has a good story and seems like a nice guy but i got no interest in a guy being funded by Jeff Yass, if you don't know him it's this guy.

I have a pretty high pain tolerance, I can see why numbing would be beneficial.

That station and the Girard El are weird, shitty corners in otherwise solid neighborhoods.

I had the implant first, I had a period for 3 straight months, couple days off here and there. It was a nightmare.

Thank you! Do you have any particular recommendations for non-drowsy antihistamines? Currently in school and final exams are approaching, so I would very much love to be at 100% without any drowsy spells making my circumstances worse :(

Reply to The Local Tax Burden on Philadelphia Households: Homeowners generally pay less by PhillyAccount
Call me crazy but I think Philly would be better served by completely auditing its budget before fiddling with tax rates. Ultimately tax rates do need to be reevaluated but there is so much waste in the city government that really should be addressed first. For the amount of money the city has, our return is awful. I mean we are (supposedly) a major city that is just recently reintroducing street sweeping. It’s truly absurd.
Yes, taxes need to be reworked. But just changing where the money comes from does nothing to address the real problem this city faces. How the money is (mis)managed.

Can anyone explain the policy reasons behind keeping property taxes low by keeping income taxes high? Do real estate interest groups simply have city hall by the balls?
