The person I responded to was arguing that new “luxury” housing raises rent prices across the board. If we pretend that nonsense is true then isn’t the solution to rising rent prices to stop building “luxury” housing?
My second point (that you misinterpreted) was that if developers were forced to only build affordable housing they would have to do so at a loss because construction costs in our region are too high to support a unit price that would be considered affordable. It’s not even close when you factor in added costs for parking minimums, height and other zoning restrictions, and elevated land costs due to the structure of our real estate taxes.

The headline literally says landlord tenant OFFICER. That is his title to which I referred to him as. Then goes on to say allegedly the woman had a knife so my comments stand until the article is updated to say it was proven there was no knife.
You have a good night.

Of course, no one will buy any now in preparation for the next water apocalypse.

if you get an annual membership and go once a month, it's not even expensive. used to live up that way, we went almost every other weekend which is only like $2 per visit

And people with migraines work through additional stress. People with social anxiety work through additional stress. People with chronic pain work through additional stress. Grow up and deal with it like and adult.

I don't think any reasonable person would agree with this. It's a complete joke and just discredits the entire base that supports it.

Yes, probably. But this isn't women leave, it's specifically period leave.
I'm not sure what lengths they go to verifying you menstruate or not. That's the troublesome part.

The whole point of this is to acknowledge that females have to work through an additional stress that not everyone has.
More sick days would not do anything here. Females would still be using sick days for this when those who don't commonly have pain 3-5 days a month get more self care days than them.
3 days is extreme though. 1 a month would be reasonable.

Yeah dude, your response to criticism of the amount of luxury housing being built is to suggest that the alternative is to build no housing at all. Or that if developers aren’t building luxury housing they’re going to lose money on a project

All we know is that the mall cop shot someone and claimed there was a knife but there is no news about who had the knife or even evidence there is a knife.
