yep, a giant ass truck like this was definitely the reason my car and another’s collided because the visibility was compromised. good luck trying to tell that to insurance or the person who parked their dickmobile that way though.

Seriously. Both times I’ve rented one In Wildwood they had a certificate hanging up saying they’re a licensed business and the person running it was SUPER professional. People like this Romero character are what’s wrong with the rental market.

We asked a coworker if he was aware of the news (as he kinda lives under a rock). He said he doesn’t drink tap water because it tastes bad. Have people never heard of water filters? I just don’t get it lol. It tastes better out of my Brita then out of most plastic water brands

I recently redid the facade of my house. They fined us because the contractor didn’t get the right permits. The contractor ended up paying the bill but I guess depending where you are, they do check… and your neighbors might also report you. If you are going to have scaffolding, I think you are going to need a permit.

Sadly prices are going up this year for your favorite foods. I'm close with one of the members in the association. The price of beef is high and they all seem to get their beef from the same supplier. Other vendors can't under-sell others because it is frowned upon.

If you're running a business without a license, doing interviews doesn't seem like the best idea, but that's just me.

We need more housing! Ban airbnb. Residential and Commercial Vacancy taxes. Change zoning to be able to build 8 story buildings with no parking anywhere in the city. No size limits next to el, bsl, or regional rail with 20% of units at 60-120 AMI.
