"Prior to the shooting a group of men were fighting on a train."
From another article.

update: a neighbor found a very affectionate black cat meowing and is currently feeding him three blocks from my house. It may be him

I agree with the distributed approach when it comes to providing long-term public housing. Short-term shelter/housing for the homeless is another story, a centralized location equipped with facilities to take care of them may be necessary. Plus, the roundhouse building isn't in a residential area - my main concern would be Franklin Square park. Perhaps the surrounding parking lot could be converted to a common area.

I don't want to disclose on reddit the route I take, but let's say mine doesn't go north of Center City.

I moved to North Philly about 8 months ago and my neighbors have been amazing. My next door neighbor helped the recycling guy lug a pallete into the truck. He would have refused to take it without her help and it had been there for weeks I make sure her trash can is out of the street and right in front of her house after the trucks come

Probably either retaliation or an argument that got out of control. A while back Outlaw’s office released data that stated something like half the shootings in the city fall into those categories.

Collingswood, Haddon Township, Haddonfield, New Hope, Media, Ardmore all have smalltown charm.

I moved here from NYC last year and my neighbors take my trash bins in on Mondays if they’re out doing theirs…..I was gobsmacked LOL. Now we take turns doing each other’s trash.
