Oh. The second time I read it, I thought it might be sarcasm. LOL. They are making fun of the people who insists ACAB. (All cars are bad!)

I never said no one uses tap water. I drink tap through a brita filter, but managed without buying one single bottle of water. According to another Redditor, I must’ve drank my own piss. But you’re cracked if you think people didn’t overreact. Like all the people thinking this is the next flint/east palestine. I mean hindsight is 20/20 but 8000 gallons isn’t even a drop in a bucket in a drop of a bucket. Also if you don’t trust the all clear given from the same people who gave the extra cautionary warning, that’s irrational, is it not? Thank god water doesn’t expire, just like all those plastic bottles, many of which will be returning to the water.

I was nearly involved in a shooting last month because a guy decided to pull a gun on somebody yelling at him in the laundromat. When everyone has a gun a single argument can mean bullets are flying.

I used to live by the NE philly airport. One time a hawk was eating a small cat on my lawn.

Personally, I think this is a gross oversimplification. There's a TON of problems in our city--in ANY city--and they all need to be addressed. Do I think preventing crime is more important than random AirBnB operators getting over a little? Yes, but tell that to someone whose loved one was killed in an AirBnB fire where the operator didn't care about following the rules, and didn't have smoke detectors, etc.

Used to work at a coffee shop and every day this pair of cops came in... After parking in the handicap spot out front, they'd come in and get food and hangout while they do their scratchoffs.
The one cop was one of the largest people I'd ever seen personally in my life. He was massive. Like had to be 350+ lbs. No fucking way he was chasing anyone down.
But what perplexed me is that there were officer uniforms MADE FOR THAT SIZED person.
He had the regular shirt and pants every cop wears. The shirt was fucking huge. The pants were fucking huge. WHY DO THEY EXIST? Why would they expect a beat cop to ever get to that size?! There's a physical requirement to BE a cop, right??

Do not drive mid day on a week day for any reason. Amazon delivery trucks, regular trucks, all will be blocking the crosswalk. It’s the most infuriating thing.

Yeah I'm pretty conceptually opposed to seat licenses but it absolutely did help cut down on some of the insanity.

So many people would just piss right off the side of the building up there and it would rain down on the people just walking below. I’ve had season tix since Mcnabbs first year and those first few at the Vet were definitely the wildest . People would just smoke crack out in the open and get into fights ,plus tickets were only about 30 bucks a game .

What ever happened to just punching someone in the nose to settle shit. People just throw bullets around without any real thought to the consequences. Fucking sickening that it’s so easy to become an innocent bystander in Philly.
