This was taken on Mt. Spokane near Spokane, WA. I was heading back down the mountain after a day shooting landscapes further up.

It’s mountains. Lots of Forrest, and logging roads beautiful area!

There’s also a place up there that called gyspy peak, on the way up in the middle of the Forrest is lake in the middle of nowhere crystal clear water

I took this photo because I am a sucker for god rays. There was just enough mist in the air to catch the light, but not enough to obscure details or cause a foggy look.
