I remember checking khan academy out back in like 2010 and hoping he was able to get it to take off. Super happy reading these comments. It seems like it has done very well

Thanks! Never saw one in a supermarket in Germany. Well, then I didn't miss anything :D
I only tasted liquid with dragonfruit, but wasn't that good.

Khan Academy has gotten my boys through so many math classes! I’m so grateful to Salman Kahn and the teachers who have contributed.

I've actually been inside the throne room in the middle of the pyramid. Super cool - not really, hot and humid. There is a carved jaguar throne that was behind some serious steel bars. Ceiling only about 5'10' tall and the staircase is even smaller.
I was saddened when they made it off limits cuz the view really gives you a sense of the city and the surrounding countryside but they had to. I witnessed myself the massively disrespectful antics of a bus load of aholes from north of the border.
It is a fantastic site still and if you ever get the chance you should go.

I always loved splitting firewood. Once, I had 4 very large hybrid poplars cut down by the utility company. They left all of the wood in cut rounds for me.
I spent many Saturday mornings processing it into firewood
This is cool: I had a neighbor who could see me from his property working the wood. He told me; “I have a wood splitter that you could use”. Then he says; “It needs run and you be doing me the favor by using it”. What an awesome neighbor.
But I told him that I work a desk job to pay the bills. And manually splitting wood is very enjoyable to me. 😊

Dragonfruit. It's supposed to be subtly amazing. It's mostly supremely underwhelming.

I lived on his calc and physics videos in college- I think I probably learned more from them than I did from most of my professors.

Save that wood for Firewood, too, if you have an out of the rain place to store it until it dries.

I chopped a lot of wood one summer holiday, then went to the Ex and rang the bell twice with hammer.
