I don’t know I’ve seen signs where it said don’t flush toilet paper, and have had my friends tell me they had plumbing issues and the plumber told them not to flush toilet paper.
I still do, and I’m sure most do as well. I just thought it was a no-no here.

No, in Canada, you flush toilet PAPER ... not 'dude wipes'...

I was going to say, it's an opposite picture in a south Asian country!

In the US. I used to work with a guy who’s ENTIRE FAMILY threw away used tp instead of flushing it. He didn’t know it was weird until our manager had to have a team meeting to figure out who was leaving shit stained tp in the trash can.

My own parents' house. The plumbing to the septic tank is crooked and will clog if TP is abused, so we toss it instead. My dad considers the $20K to get the work done to fix it not worth the effort and I agree.

Recently took a trip to Delicias, Mexico. You can’t flush toilet paper it will clog their plumbing and spew sewage.

Some surprisingly developed countries still used tp waste baskets I guess if it's normal nobody complains about it and changes are not made.

There used to be a Thai restaurant around here where they had a sign telling you to do the opposite. That place is no longer in business lol.

I have seen this in public restrooms and never understood it.
Not the sign. I have seen shitty TP in the trash can.

In Canada, most of the time you’re not supposed to flush toilet paper. Also was the same when I went to South Korea.
But in Japan, for example, you’re supposed to flush it.
Don’t understand why some plumbing systems still can’t handle toilet paper.

Flushing your used toilet paper isn't universal. It's still the norm in some places to bin it.

Probably tourists from countries who's plumbing can't handle toilet paper (which is surprisingly common)

If you use Stellarium you can set the geolocation and time to see, which constellations you have captured in your photo.

You appear to have part of the constellations Cygnus in the lower left (sort of an upside down kite shape), Taurus in the upper center (a V shape), and Gemini to the right of Taurus.
Edit: not Cygnus on closer look, perhaps Ursa Major.

There’s some really awesome star map applications. Try sky map.

I can't tell you from the photo, but you can download a free app called Skyview, point the camera on your phone at the sky and it will show any constellation in that part of the sky whether the stars are visible or not.

Had a lavender Cider at a beer fest once, poured it over some vanilla ice cream and made the best goddam float I've ever tasted.

Omega mart is by far one of the coolest exhibits I've ever seen. If you're in vegas, go to Area 15 and check it out. well worth the price of admission and the 1-2 hours you'll spend in there, especially if you do the activities.

Some kombuchas have lavender in them and are actually quite good. It's really mild and you barely clock it
