You’re misunderstanding. I’m saying that the expiration date printed on the milk is 2 weeks into the future.
I took this picture on January 28. The expiration on the milk is February 12.

All fish has parasites. That’s why it’s flash frozen, even “fresh” sushi fish is flash frozen. Freezing kills the parasites. You eat a lot of stuff in life without realizing.
