It was a fairly popular image from the London BLM protests in 2020. Here it is on Getty images. So in this case you don't need to be able to identify Photoshop necessarily, you can easily reverse image search it to find the original.

And the small group of Peafowl that live there are so cool. If you go, take a little bread, pinch it between your fingers and hold out another finger, the finches will land on your hand to eat the bread. You can also buy handfuls of feed for the immense koi fish which live in the ponds.

Working as a poor retail worker back in the day. I found a folded 20 dollar bill like that. Made my day, I was so happy. At break, I opened it up. It was one of those stupid religious messages pretending to be money. Kind of ruined my day haha.
