Beautiful! I live on the high plains of the rocky mountains so it's a beautiful familiar sight. I love the way the drifts can make a house invisible from a distance but not actually bury it. Great shot!

I found a rusted old cast iron that I cleaned up and I finally have the seasoning right so I can just throw meat on it and it sears without sticking at all. Still no slidey eggs but I'm proud of my work

Yeah. Look around you in a restaurant. Pay attention to how many people actually take food home and how many just return plates with food left on them. Not to mention the chances of the leftovers actually getting eaten at home vs forgotten and thrown away.

Try a cast iron pan (if you havent already). They seem to work better for me with the thicker cuts of meat
