Me too! I loved the animatronics and puppetry that they used in this movie, it made it all that more terrifying.
The "transformation" scene is still top-notch, even by today's movie standards with CGI.

I don't think it looks like him, I think he has more of a puckered overbite to his mouth and the eyebrows don't match. Plus that guy looks a little taller. Putin is 5'7" tall.
I could be wrong though.

I wouldn’t call him a spy, but he was definitely in the USA when this picture was taken.
