What is significant about the date that you think people are supposed to be talking about?

I probably saw that house a hundred times. I lived near the corner of Spruce and Vine.

I mean… they’re right.
It’s just a picture of a pretty woman with a green dress and a wig.
If it’s a genuine attempt at cosplay, it needs work. If it’s just bait for her onlyfans site, it’ll do the job. I’m guessing the latter is more likely.

I had a similar trauma but it was food related. We eat Liver paste where I'm from and when I was around seven I was told a horror story about a kid who made it from his grandmother's liver. She returned at night to take it back by gutting the boy. I didn't eat the stuff for -years-. And to think no adult considered the risk of telling kids the story.

You should laugh it is hilarious. The book is about an alien who steals children's belly buttons while they're sleeping. There's no moral to the story it's just sci-fi horror for kids. I had one of my friends read it and tell me what it was about.

Applause, applause!
And congratulations for using a very realistic bra (if any) rather than the smoosh 'em up and out type.

Sorry but that's hilarious! What are you going to do with the book now that you've faced your demons?

Your first comment was a critique, which is fine and true. Not sure why you think it's not since pointing out what needs some work is a critique.
This comment on the other hand is not a critique but an attack on her person and unnecessary.

He's very small there. If his father lost his fortune shortly after he could have grown up poor and would have had no memory of ever being rich.

It's hard to remember exactly who told me but I think it was a kid who was a few years older! The stories from Northern Europe are sometimes a special kind of dark. As a kid you respect and fear the forest because of all the stories. As an adult you kind of feel nostalgic when it comes to the folklore so you may downplay how frightening it actually is to children with a vivid imagination
