There's an inherent sadness to the picture too, but when you unpack that feeling you start to realize the sadness isn't coming from the subject but rather from the viewers own extrapolation

Having seen his books I wouldn't call him an artist. Terry world or Terry's world is on archive.org if you haven't seen it. It's mostly pictures of young women and his dick.
