They removed all the benches at the little park in Mt Washington and now this caused all of the homeless who used to be there to migrate to the bench thats outside my apartment. It's literally every day they are out their day drinking with open containers, pissed on the streets a few times, screaming non stop, and just harassing every single person that walks by. The cops were called on them multiple times and they only tell them to move, and when the cops leave they just come back. I've heard people say just leave them alone and let them be. The thing is I tried and they literally shout nonstop and bug people. This isn't some people hard on their luck, it's a group of people who just seem to cause chaos. My question is, is there any possible way to contact someone to get this bench they hang out around removed or any other alternatives? I'm literally at my wits end trying to move but it's a terrible time right now.
