Doesn’t help that the “moderators” of this sub insist on deliberately not being active and won’t add anyone else as mods.

Amcrest system here in the 'ville. Footage from our place was used to help catch those 2 brothers that were breaking into houses back in '19. Pretty decent quality for the price if you go with their 1080p nvr system but as with select things, $$ = quality. Could help with setup if needed too

Arlo user, I have it scoped to my door/porch/yard. Street is too busy to capture every car motion every 10-15 seconds. I have my “property” covered but if something happened in the street iffy if I have it. Try to follow common privacy laws, no audio recording etc. Storage isn’t an issue we get X for free but could also expand with SD card.

Lol, that's actually a good question. Well, I think actual gangsters are, like, rare. It's not something you really see daily. The people you see that have the aura of gangster are trying to wear the costume they view as having either power or social currency. Ie, they want to be gangster; they want the power it implies.

This phenomenon is really common actually. In poor over-policed areas, you'll see people driving white Chevy Caprice or Impala cars because they are a reflection of the power those people view the police as having. They're basically wearing "car costumes" of the police. I don't remember the details, but this was also observed in British controlled India as well.

It is a social phenomenon for how either oppressed or disempowered groups respond to the "other."

Zappala and Dawson? To me they're on the same side trying to trigger the same war. You think the DA was dumb to kick off his reelection effort by persecuting an arsonist who can't stop spouting death threats? He must see her as a gift that keeps on giving. But I NEVER said I wanted her jailed; jail could only make her worse, and make her a martyr making everything worse. I only wanted people to stop defending her actions.
